Limitation of Liability: Model rockets and high-power rockets are not toys. These rockets are functional rockets constructed of lightweight materials and designed to be launched using pre-manufactured, NAR, Tripoli, or CAR safety certified model and high-power rocket motors in accordance with the NAR/NFPA Model Rocket Safety Code, and the NAR/Tripoli High-power rocketry safety codes. Rockets, if misused, can cause injury, property damage and even death. Sirius Rocketry, LLC certifies that it has exercised reasonable care in the design and manufacture of its products. Once sold, we cannot assume any liability for product storage, transportation or usage. Sirius Rocketry, LLC shall not be held responsible for any property damage or personal injury whatsoever arising from the handling, storage, use or misuse of our product. The buyer assumes all risks and liabilities therefrom and accepts and uses Sirius Rocketry, LLC products on these conditions. Sirius Rocketry recommends membership in the National Association of Rocketry, and Tripoli Rocketry Association. NOTE: Since Sirius Rocketry, LLC cannot control the use of its and other manufacturer's products once sold, Sirius Rocketry cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use or misuse of its products. The purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities therefrom and accepts and uses Sirius Rocketry products on these conditions. Some Sirius Rocketry products require high-power rocket motors to fly that are not available to the general public. To fly those kits, the user must be a high-power certified member of the National Association of Rocketry and/or the Tripoli Rocketry Association in order to purchase and use high-power motors. Some models also require an FAA waiver in order to fly. Always conduct your rocketry activities in accordance with the safety codes of the National Association of Rocketry and Tripoli Rocketry Association as well as all applicable Federal, State and Local laws. Membership in either or both consumer rocketry organizations is strongly encouraged, and links to the NAR and Tripoli webpages can be found on the "links" page of our website.

Prices

NOTE: Product specifications and prices are subject to change. Promotional terms only apply during the periods stated for the promotion. Although we make every effort to ensure that prices on the website are accurate, we are not responsible for errors. If we discover an error in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods and services advertised do not include any applicable taxes. Wisconsin Residents will be charged 5% State Sales Tax. The prices also specifically exclude any foreign taxes, duties or customs clearance charges.

Availability and Order Acceptance

At this time, Sirius Rocketry only ships to U.S. and Canadian addresses. In Europe our authorized retailer is the Deepsky Rocket Shop and their subsidiary www.modelrockets.co.uk and a limited edition of Sirus Rocketry kits are available through them. We hope to be able to expand our shipping services in the future.

All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product, stock or availability information supplied on the website is an estimate only. Any order shall be accepted entirely at the discretion of the seller, and if so accepted, will only be accepted upon these conditions and by means of the Sirius Rocketry's standard order confirmation method.
